Background
Wickes was implementing their TradePro initiative that gives 10% off to registered builders. Before the app it was a registry followed by a physical card to use in store.
Problem Statement:
Customers registered with TradePro need a way to access their discount when shopping online with the ability to Click & Collect saving them valuable time.
Project Goals:
- Ability to shop, use click & collect
- New form for customers to sign up
- Convenient way to access discount barcode in store
- Upgraded TradePro account
Shopping
A new navigation was designed specifically for TradePro with an updated logo.
The navigation and shopping journey is pulled in directly from the website allowing for seamless changes to content without extra work.
Minor alterations such as store locator, account and shopping lists were given additional links to the bottom bar as they are the frequently used items for builders day to day.
10% Discount
Whether in store or online, TradePro customers have a 10% discount.
The middle of the bottom bar is dedicated to a quickly accessible popup that displays the unique bar code to each TradePro customer that can be used in store.
TradePro Account Journey
TradePro customers have an upgraded account with unique features added.
Additional section added for business address, TradePro rewards and competitions. A notification number was added to the rewards section for incase customers didn’t see the email. The notification numbers is also added to the bottom bar to display a change to the reward section.
